I painted from Karin Jurick's different strokes picture again this week. I cropped the photo down considerably. Instead of the movies section, I gave him the financial page in honor of this week's news.

Hi - I really enjoy your choice to put the current news into this painting, and the close crop. Isn't Karin the greatest for putting this all together for us? I'm getting to meet so many new artists and see wonderful works - like your Sept. 22 post of Mt. Index Winter. I can see why its a favorite, you've really caught the feeling of winter snow and sun.
